Physical Essentials is a K-5 curriculum. It holds the building blocks necessary to help children develop the skills and knowledge to be physically active and lead healthy lives. This curriculum is illustrated through 3 developmental levels: the Primary Level, Intermediate Level and the Advanced Level.
The skills of all levels include:
Ball Handling
Manipulatives
Locomotor Skills
Rhythms
Striking
Fitness
Tumbling
The activities will vary according to their level.
